Arnold, aka Coach Arnold, started TBG in 2003 when he recognized a need for local, personalized copier service in Southeast Alaska. As a small business owner, he has dedicated many years to supporting our wonderful community and the many businesses who call this place home. When he's not in the office he enjoys coaching, fishing, hunting, and tending to his farm on Shelter Island.

Born and raised in Juneau, Alaska, Inua brings a strong work ethic and dedication to his role as Service Manager. With a passion for problem-solving, Inua ensures our customers receive top-notch service for their copier needs. When he's not busy fixing copiers, you’ll likely find him hitting the trails on his mountain bike, enjoying the great outdoors.

Bonnie is a true team player who approaches every task with high standards and a hopeful attitude. A perfectionist at heart, she ensures everything runs smoothly. Outside of work, Bonnie’s creative mind shines through in her many hobbies, where her attention to detail and artistic flair come to life.
